Pakistan School and College, Kuwait (PS&C) is a school in Salmiya city, Kuwait.The school is still known a Rumaithiya School.The school was established in 1960 by Mr Ibrahimm Yousuf Al Abdul Razzaq.He was presented with "Sitara-e-Imtiaz" by the Government of Pakistan in 1986 .
